Needed a new water heater, and was helped by Devon and Jacob. Jacob later installed it within an hour. Both technicians were kind and informative. The price was the most reasonable I’d received out of 3 other companies. Couldn’t be happier with the service, great company and people.

Golden Plumbing is my new go to for plumbing. I didn’t expect to be able to get a plumber a couple days before Christmas. I called yesterday afternoon and Jacob Allen was at my door first thing next morning. He had my problem fixed very quickly. Reasonable pricing too. Excellent company!!

Living in homes that are over 100 years old around Louisville, I’ve become quite familiar with various plumbers and have found the best plumber in town. Good Plumbing did a fantastic job. Gave many different options in different price brackets to fix the problem, all of them very reasonable and affordable. They were spot-on diagnosing the problem and executing the solution. Both Ron and Tyler went over and above, very patient in explaining making a complex issue easier to understand. Very upstanding employees anyone would feel comfortable welcoming into their home. On time and going over and above with service and doing more than what was quoted and not charging. I can’t recommend them more highly.

They were able to come out within a day and fix my issue within 2 days of the first call. They worked with us when it came getting things done right and Jacob was very nice and knowledgable! And the other kid that was with him. I forgot his name. They got things done and didn't leave until my pipes were unclogged. They also have 1 year warranty on their work which is an added plus!

Had a sink/dishwasher drain backing up; called Golden and spoke to a very nice lady (Janet, I believe) who got me set up with a same day appointment. The technician (Dean) was great; he explained his assessment and provided an estimate, and he got our drain fixed up quickly. I appreciated that he left the area very clean and explained everything/answered questions. Drain is working just fine now; would highly recommend!

I am absolutely going to use Golden Plumbing for our next job. The technician Jacob Allen was so sweet and extremely helpful. He and his helper not only repaired the water leak outside our home but also came in and did a quick diagnosis of another issue we are having. We look forward to having them back to get that resolved as well. Our water line needed to be repaired immediately. We didn't have time to wait because having our water off put the rest of our pipes in danger of freezing due to the cold weather. Golden plumbing came right out. The price they gave us was extremely competitive and affordable. They were out the same day and when they left we had water and we were extremely happy with the job they did.

Dean Titus was super. He and his apprentice were very knowledgeable , friendly, and efficient. The entire team, Janet, office manager and Jacob Allen were great to work with. Great service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.
